"STKH AI", "we", "us", or "our" refers to STKH AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

"Platform" means the STKH AI web application, APIs, and all associated tools and services accessible via stkh.ai.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

"Subscription" means a paid plan granting access to specific features of the Platform as described on our Pricing page.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in GBP, at the rates displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Starter and Growth subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day period, for annual subscriptions beyond the first billing cycle, or for Enterprise plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; using automated tools to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use; submitting false or misleading information; or reselling access to the Platform without our written consent.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of STKH AI Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Platform. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the services described in these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its outputs, including SEO recommendations and ranking predictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STKH AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
